Where do we deliver?
We deliver our products anywhere in Australia, but please note we only accept full postal addresses (no P.O. Box addresses, please).
How do we calculate shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are based on:
- The weight of your order
- The volume of your order
- The delivery destination/postcode
If you live in a remote location, higher freight charges may apply – please check with us if you’re concerned that your delivery may be subject to higher charges.
How long will your order take to arrive?
All items will be shipped within 1-2 days of payment (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), and your order should arrive within the next 5-7 working days, between Monday and Friday during normal business hours (again, excluding public holidays).
Who will deliver your order?
We use TNT, Toll , Startrack and Australia Post for our to-your-door deliveries, and require a signature on delivery. If there’s nobody home to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your products or re-arrange the delivery.
Can you track your order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
What happens if your order is lost or damaged?
Accidents happen from time to time, but we’re here to help when they do. If your order goes astray or is damaged in transit, please contact us – feel free to refuse the package if the damage to an item or box is too severe.
