If you change your mind about a product
Returning homewares and claiming a refund is simple. Here’s what you need to do:
- Email us and we’ll send you a returns form and guidelines on what you need to do.
- Then return the unopened, unused item(s) in its original packing to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Once we receive the item(s), we will fully refund the amount you paid, excluding the cost of delivery and the cost to return it.
If your purchase is damaged or faulty
In the unlikely event that your purchase is delivered in anything other than perfect condition, you’re covered by our warranty.
All you have to do is email us within 30 days, attaching photos of the damage or fault. We’ll then assess your claim and contact you to arrange a replacement or refund. Easy.
