Hieu is a detail-driven Senior Analyst with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver results.

Before joining Bowery, Hieu honed his skills at one of Australia’s leading real estate investment managers and private credit funds. Starting in the back office, he rapidly advanced to Analyst, where he served as the central point of coordination across borrowers, capital teams, lending teams, and operations. His knack for keeping complex transactions on track — always with an eye on when and how capital is returned — made him indispensable.

Hieu’s work ethic sets him apart. Known for always being available, having the answer, and getting the job done, he was recognised by his peers with the equivalent of an internal MVP award. It’s this commitment to excellence that makes him thrive in high-performance environments and a valued member of the Bowery team.

Outside of work, Hieu enjoys bouldering — a pursuit that mirrors his approach to problem-solving: methodical, determined, and always reaching higher.
