Our fund is a unit trust with capital investments secured by mortgages within the Australian property and development market. The best part is – you get to choose which properties you invest in.

We don’t believe you should have to wait for your investment return. That’s why we provide fixed income returns each and every month. We also don’t believe in fees, and we won’t charge for investment, re-investment or when you exit. Plus, you’ll get regular investment updates to keep you informed throughout the process.

Who is the private debt investment fund available to?

Currently, our investment fund is available to wholesale and sophisticated investors that meet one of the following criteria:

  • Earned at least $250,000 per annum for the last two years
  • Have net assets of more than $2,500,000 
  • Invest a minimum of $500,000

Investors in the fund include high-net individuals, family trusts, and institutional investors.

What type of fund do you operate?

Currently, we operate a contributory mortgage fund. This provides you with access to the commercial real estate debt market. Investments are typically secured by first mortgages, most of which are against residential and commercial properties within key Australian metro and regional areas.

How often do you distribute investment returns?

Our mortgage fund provides a fixed distribution rate, with income distributed on a monthly basis to all investors. Distribution rates vary from investment to investment.
