Her career spans some of the country’s most respected legal and financial institutions — including senior roles at Allens and Netwealth — where she built deep expertise in managed funds, AFS licensing, compliance and financial services regulation.
Within the legal community, Frances has built a reputation for making lawyers’ work genuinely useful and accessible. She is a respected advocate of a human-centric approach that helps clients build resilience while providing a quality service.
At Bowery, Frances leads the legal and compliance function and has further accountabilities for governance and recordkeeping, keeping the business operating with integrity and confidence in a fast-changing regulatory environment. Her approach is practical and solutions-focused — she solves legal issues “once and well”, with a proven ability to uplift systems in the process.
