With a career that spans Tier 1 construction firms, major private developers, and nearly two decades running his own project and development management business, John offers a uniquely well-rounded and strategic perspective on the full development lifecycle.

John has played a pivotal role in shaping Melbourne’s urban landscape, being at the forefront of the CBD’s transformation into a high-rise residential and apartment living hub. His influence also extends across Melbourne’s suburban growth corridors, where he has delivered a diverse range of low-rise residential, retail, and commercial developments.

John holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and a Bachelor of Building. He is also a Registered Building Practitioner with both Commercial Unlimited and Residential Unlimited licences—underscoring his technical credentials and deep regulatory knowledge.
