Ali is a seasoned property finance professional with a solid foundation in origination, analysis and asset management. He brings to Bowery over 20 years of experience in the corporate finance and commercial real estate debt sectors.

At the Commonwealth Bank, Ali excelled as a Corporate Finance Analyst, managing portfolios of corporate and institutional grade clients with balance sheet lending requirements.

In 2015, Ali established his debt advisory business known as Interfinance — a bespoke finance brokerage firm dedicated to offering alternative funding solutions. The firm’s success, amidst the dynamic lending landscape, is a testament to Ali’s drive in ensuring clients secure funding with confidence and certainty.

Recognised for his transparency and commitment, Ali fosters strong, enduring relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the lending community. At Bowery Capital, he is instrumental in managing the portfolio of assets by negotiating and executing transactions, harnessing relationships with our borrowers and ensuring the credit quality of the portfolio is maintained.
