Troy brings over 25 years of experience across private debt, asset management, wealth management, and private banking.

His leadership spans Australian and international markets, having held senior roles at La Trobe Financial, PwC, Barclays Wealth, Barclays Private Bank, and HSBC.

Troy brings a global perspective, shaped by 11 years in London including during the GFC, and has led teams through varying market cycles and business changes. He’s a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering strong customer outcomes.

At Bowery, Troy is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the investment function, including oversight of our funding facilities, the launch of new offerings, and the management of investment operations for high-net-worth investors, family offices, financial advisers, and asset managers.
